BanksiaJobs
Last updated: 16 September 2026
A recruitment advertising and introduction desk based in Karratha, Western Australia. Businesses tell us about home-based vacancies, we publish them and forward suitable applications. The business remains in charge of hiring, supervising and paying.
Only employers pay us, for the advertising and introductions they use. Applicants are not billed, no deposit is requested and training costs them nothing.
We speak with each employer before listing a vacancy and make sure the listing matches what they told us. That is where our checks stop: we do not audit businesses, visit premises, examine accounts or oversee work after someone starts.
BanksiaJobs cannot guarantee a job, an income, a set number of hours or a payment date. Settle those with the employer, and get them in writing, before you start.
Vacancies are listed only after direct contact with the employer. We never repost roles from elsewhere or invent listings to gather contact details.
We will never ask you for money, a verification code, banking passwords or any transfer. Treat a message asking for those as fraudulent, even if it uses our name.
To our HR team, and then only to the employer for the vacancy you chose. It is not sold or used for promotions. Every provider involved is named in the Privacy Notice.
Our ads and this site should say the same thing. If they do not, send us the difference and the inaccurate one is corrected.
Businesses advertising with BanksiaJobs agree to describe vacancies accurately, tell us promptly when they are filled, give applicants written terms before work begins and pay workers directly. Those that seek money from applicants are dropped.
Write to careers@banksiajobs.com describing the issue, with a screenshot if possible. The same address handles concerns about listings, advertisements or anyone impersonating BanksiaJobs. You get a written answer, and your report stays confidential.
Each report is investigated. A misleading listing is taken down and its advertising paused until the employer has been contacted, and you are told the outcome.
Applicants, the businesses we work with and advertising platforms all reasonably want to know what BanksiaJobs is and where its limits are. Putting it on one page makes that easy to check.
For every vacancy we keep a record of when it was listed, edited and withdrawn, and of any complaint and the action taken. This lets us answer questions about old advertisements and spot patterns.
Each report is read by a person on our team. If something is urgent, such as a message asking you for money in our name, put Urgent in the email subject.
BanksiaJobs follows the policies of the advertising platforms it uses and will share this statement with them on request.
We review this statement whenever our process changes; the date at the top marks the current version.
